The staff, especially Mr Erdinc, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. From the warm welcome at the main entrance to the personalized care throughout our stay, the attention to detail was exceptional. They even opened the AC before our arrival! The location of the hotel was also ideal, tucked away in a quiet corner of the city with a beautiful view over the valley. The rooms were well-designed and I especially enjoyed the jacuzzi in our spacious and clean room. Plus, the breakfast at the hotel's cafe was delicious, offering a great variety of dishes including traditional local cuisine.
There was just one small aspect that could have been improved, but overall everything was fantastic.

Had a great city break at a hotel in Trabzon. Location was key, right in the heart of the city with quick access to everything we wanted to do. Super friendly staff, always making time to help us with anything we needed. Nice complementary facts upon arrival that made us feel special. the breakfast was amazing! So much variety and everything tasted great. We enjoyed a free shuttle ride to some local attractions which was helpful. Definitely considering coming back again.
There were some downsides. the Wi-Fi was bad, barely worked in our room and so slow that it was a little frustrating when we were trying to research something or make plans for the day.
